Refund Policy
Space City Moonwalks reserves the right to refuse to complete any event that
has the potential to cause damage to its equipment.

Cancellations
Refunds will be given at the discretion of Space City Moonwalks. Space City Moonwalks will not set up equiment in rain, high wind, or muddy conditions. In the event of the possibility of bad weather, you will be given the option to cancel 2 hours prior to the event
and receive a refund of your payment. If you choose to have us come out and we
are unable to set up due to weather conditions, Space City Moonwalks will not refund any payments.

Inspection upon pickup
When the rental period is over and is ready for pickup, the blower should be
in operation and the jumper unit should be fully inflated. If the unit is turned
off and the jumper is deflated upon arrival of the pickup crew, there will
be a $50 charge. The unit will be inspected for damage and cleanliness.
