Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal.

Is there a delivery charge?
There is no delivery charge for Houston area destinations.

Can I schedule my rental online?
Yes, you can schedule and reserve your rental online. In order to do this you must first register for an account. Choose which moonwalk you want to rent then choose the date using the calendar. After you click on the date you want then you can choose a start time of when you want the moonwalk to arrive to your event and choose a 4 or 8 hour rental then click add to cart. You will then be taken through the payment process. Once payment is complete, the time you schedule will be blocked out on the time chart for the day you chose.

I don't want to enter my credit card info. Can I call in my reservation and payment info?
Yes, you can call either number to make your reservation. You will be asked for your name, address, phone number, method of payment, which moonwalk you want to reserve, and the date and time of your event.

Do you accept checks?
We will accept checks for an event that is at least 2 weeks in advance. Please call with a reservation date and time or request a date & time by email. The check must be received within 3 business days or your reservation will be cancelled.

Can I rent a moonwalk for more than 8 hours?
Yes, special arrangements can be made and extra charges will apply.

How long does it take to set up?
Setup usually takes 5 minutes. There must be an available electrical outlet nearby.

How long does it take to take down?
It usually takes 10 minutes for us to deflate and pack up our moonwalks.

What happens if I pay now and it rains on my rental day?
You will either get a full refund or you can reschedule.
